Sundarasan Arumugam, the Founder, is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), a fellow member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). He is also a member of Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia and holds practicing certificates of MIA, CTIM and the ACCA.

Sundarasan has more than 30 years of experience in accountancy, auditing and taxation matters and is a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice for the last 23 specialising in the statutory audits of companies especially SMEs, tax consultancy, tax audit and investigation, liquidation and accountancy. He has also handled special engagements such as due diligence and investigation work. In his capacity as Liquidator, he has acted for various companies compulsorily wound up by the High Court and companies voluntarily wound up by members and creditors. During these exercises, he has assisted successfully in the revival of many abandoned housing projects.

Prior to commencing his own Practice, he spent a number of years in the commercial sector specifically in a GLC involved in motor vehicle assembly and distribution. In his senior finance role he held responsibility for a number of companies managing the day to day finance functions. Apart from this, he was also involved in various corporate restructuring activities undertaken by the GLC.
